Who's bright idea was it for you to live in Waldorf?
You can kiss my lillywhite ass. I've lived in Waldorf all my life (except for 5 years in Illinois) and never been a victim of crime. You sound like a snobby biatch.LillyWhite said:To add to that bit above. I may just be overprotective but some of the things I read make my blood run cold. The Daycare provider who killed the 1 year old by OD'ing him on benedryl she used to drug all the children to sleep daily. The video footage of babies being struck and screamed at... I could go on and on. That kind of stuff haunts me.
It took years and BIG money (IVF) for me to sucessfully have a child. There is nothing I won't pay to keep him safe. I did a cost/risk analysis and for us limiting access to our son by keeping him in a clean modern daycare was a superior situation to being in an unsupervised house. We are not from this area and the crime and low-life factor around here makes me very uncomfortable. I never imagined I'd one day not feel safe in my own home unless I have the alarm system set.
It does depend on which part of Waldorf she lives in.camily said:You can kiss my lillywhite ass. I've lived in Waldorf all my life (except for 5 years in Illinois) and never been a victim of crime. You sound like a snobby biatch.
True, but I live in Bannister, which is not known to be the best place and we have a very nice house with no crime problems thus far.sockgirl77 said:It does depend on which part of Waldorf she lives in.
I'm not exactly sure why with all of that money, she chose to live in Waldorf. I would've gone a little further south!camily said:True, but I live in Bannister, which is not known to be the best place and we have a very nice house with no crime problems thus far.
From the things she has said about her la-ti-da life I doubt she lives in the less than desireable neighborhoods. If she does, well then I guess she should have done more research.
Ok, you got me there.Nickel said:Hormones are running rampant today.
Is that Chasey's problem?Nickel said:Hormones are running rampant today.
My point exactly. Nobody made her move here. Get the fukc out of here if you can't live with your own choice.sockgirl77 said:I'm not exactly sure why with all of that money, she chose to live in Waldorf. I would've gone a little further south!
I lived in Waldorf all my life, too. Though, I've been in St. Mary's for about a year. I lived in one of the better neighborhoods before I moved, and I moved because it was ghetto. Lilly may be a snob, but she does have her facts straight.camily said:You can kiss my lillywhite ass. Nah, she's just a bia.sockgirl77 said:Is that Chasey's problem?
And I loves ya back.Nickel said:Nah, she's just a bia.

Love ya Chasey!
Again, that depends on the area. There are super nice neighborhoods in Waldorf. There are some super trashy ones too. Then again, I have seen some real scary places in other parts of the tri-county area. You got to have a little common sense about safety wherever you live. My whole point was that she chose it. Now she has to live with it or get out. If this wasn't the house I grew up in and absolutely love, I wouldn't be in Waldorf either, then again, I'm not biatching about it.Chasey_Lane said:I lived in Waldorf all my life, too. So what if she thinks the area has a high crime rate? So what if she doesn't feel comfortable with her child staying at a house all day, and would rather put him in an establishment. You jumped on her for no reason.camily said:Again, that depends on the area. There are super nice neighborhoods in Waldorf. There are some super trashy ones too. My grandfather settled in Seat Pleasant after retiring from the Army. WTF was he thinking? Then again, this was many moons ago, and when I was a baby, I spent many of nights with my grandpa and I'm still here to talk about it.mainman said:She needs to spend a few weeks in Seat Pleasant
My father grew up in Hillside, right on the top half of SP... They left the door open at night for air.... Things have changed so much over the years, even since you and I were kids...(I know I am a teeny bit older than you)Chasey_Lane said:My grandfather settled in Seat Pleasant after retiring from the Army.
