I am so very blessed
So, since this past Wednesday's trip to the Loveville Produce Market, I've been pretty darn busy.
I've canned:
24 quarts of bread & better pickles
9 quarts of hot salsa
4 quarts of pickled string beans
24 quarts of wickles
9 quarts of spicy dilly green bean
I still have a bushel of eggplants, 1/2 bushel of tomatoes, and 1/2 bushel of cucumbers to do something with. Truth be told, I'm tired of being in the kitchen, so hope my mojo returns before the food goes bad.

I went yesterday
The auctions are starting to wind down a little. Pumpkins, beans, apples, tomatoes, okra, squash, kholrabi, chinese cabbage, habanero and jalapeno peppers, egg plant, bok choi, sweet potatoes, turnips, fresh herbs, mums, flower bulbs.....that was about it.
I spent 13$ and got a flat of winesap apples, a flat of tomatoes, half bushel of mixed color peppers and a flat of okra.
But your mileage may vary.
