All this could have been avoided....

I didn't ask to have a flyer posted. If I had been given the opportunity to speak, I would have explained why I was there and asked if she was interested in a flyer. She could have said "No, thank you. The company has a strict no solicitation policy". I would have apologized for taking her time and I would have been on my way.

Instead, she shewed me away.... as if I were some kind of begger... and this whole thing got started.

It's the rude action of the employee who shewed me away like a begger that prompted the insults and inuendo that have now been posted to a public site. It's a real shame.

I cannot believe that you are still "going on" about this. Do you carry a grudge over every slight that has ever happened to you? What would make you happy? What do you want? I'd suggest that you get over it but apparently you can not.

Oh WOW.....I love coming on to SOMD just to read the blogs that people put on here and to see if anything is going on in area....Well i read this entire forum and UM....One there is a person who came on here to vent a lil about how rude someone was while they were WORKIN ( the lady at the hair place im sure could have handled it better...LOL i'm going to try to post something there and if the same lady gets nasty with me oh it will get ugly)....and to basically put out there about the event that she was passing flyers out for. So everyone on here that is being so rude towards her and others that have complained about hair cuttery...Grow up!! if these people want to come on here and post about the bad service that they have had there or where ever let them.....Stop being so damn mean and rude to them...I am sure you rude people on here have wined and complained some time in your life....One thing is the people at hair cuttery are so rude and have treated so many different people in a rude way they will get what is coming...KARMA...I go to hair port and i did go to Marylynn. I am sure i will take a visit to Marylynn which is in hair cuttery now and if anyone is rude ill never go there either.....But shes not mean at all she is one of the nicest people ever.....So anyway if people want to come on here and post anything they want they can isnt it was its here for?????? Lets all be grown ups here....So basically hair cuttery is giving rude customer service then...don't go there....They will get it in their heads when they have no business anymore....Right!!??

Sounds like 'somebody' has an axe to grind. 'Somebody' needs to grow up and put on her big girl panties and learn to deal with things in more of a mature manner.

But, she didn't get poor customer service, she wasn't even a customer. She went in, disturbed an employee who was probably busy working on a customer (she did mention on a previous post that this woman is always very busy) and she got her feelings hurt because the woman wouldn't take her flyer.

Right and i understand that...What i am saying is is that the lady was rude to her and she came on here to vent a lil....when i was saying something about bad customer service was alot of other people on here have wrote things about getting bad service there...Things like this always happen on any website where you can read forums and post blogs it ends up going way off topic and then you have a few people on here that are going to be nasty about the whole thing...Basically thats what i was saying...RIGHT? Its true it could have been voided if she didnt come on here and stir this whole thing up....But then again be grown ups don't start fights....Thanks for pointing that out..Kalmd....you seem to understand...

People...I go to the Hair Cuttery in Lusby and I have been going for over a year now. The stylists are ALWAYS friendly. So someone didn't get her way and vented on this forum...Let it go.
I could tell you about lots of hair places I have been in and not only had a bad cut, but the stylists were not friendly. I have been in hair salons in the area where they talk about the customers after they left and I find that very unprofessional. I have NEVER heard any of the stylists in the Lusby Hair Cuttery talk bad about a customer or make fun of one.
No place of business will satisfy 100% of their customers. But I'm sticking with my monthy visit to the Hair Cuttery and hope others who have never been there, try it, you might just like it.
