Please! Don't quote Dobson. He's the one that wants you to beat your kids and keep the wives subjugated.

I don't beat my kids and I am submissive to my husband. I believe that Jesus died for my sins and I am nothing without him but a sinful human. I don't idolize Dobson but I do agree with alot of what he says and he has helped many people, believers and non-believers with Focus on the Family.

My husband takes the role as leader of our household. We make decisions together but I know that he makes decisions on what is best for the family. He treats me with respect and honor as his wife and helpmate. I am not a doormat to be walked over and have never been treated like one by my husband. The word submissive has been taken hostage by the feminists to mean something different than what it was intended to mean. I am so thankful that he takes the role that he is supposed to. It makes my life alot easier. I don't expect alot of people to understand this unless they have submitted their lives to Christ.
