I'm appalled at some of you. If someone wanted to have a plastic wide-open vagina on their truck, would that be okay, too?
:yikes:

I was thinking the same thing but thank God you said it first because I didn't have the ball...... er, cojones to say it myself! So, what about plastic boobs (headlight covers maybe)? I think a lot more people would appreciate that than be offended by it but I still don't think you will see them riding around on anyone's car anytime soon.

Mike, you don't friggin' learn, do you? :smack:

I think it's public indecency, just like putting porno magazines out where minors can get to them. IMO, the state shouldn't have to pass a new law - the existing indecency law should cover it just fine. The problem is that the lawmakers are such a bunch of wussies who listen to kooks like...well, like some of you all...and take said kooks seriously when they should just say, "Aren't you cute? :patpat: But, no, sorry - we don't put genitalia on our vehicles."

There have been boobs on mud flaps for decades. This is no different.

Hmm what if I cut off a real bull scrotum and put it on my car, whats the difference between on my bumper or on a bull?

I can't believe this is even a discussion... I remember having to try to explain it to my kids the first time we saw them

Neither can I. It's like trying to explain to someone why it's not cute to teach your toddler to say the f-word. There's a segment of our society that flat doesn't understand common decency.

I don't like those either and yes, it IS different. Unlike bumper balls and vrai's 3-D model, the mudflaps are tacky and a tad tasteless, but at least they leave something to the imagination. Scrotums and vaginas do not! There.....I said it.

And like Vrai also said, what is so wrong with a little common decency for crying out loud and why are so many opposed to it?

I agree they're offensive. I just don't agree with the government getting involved.

Welcome to this pesky little thing called "law". Many things are against the law simply because they're offensive and tacky.

Loud music from your car
Prostitution
FCC regulations
etc, etc

Welcome to America, and please enjoy your stay.

You know, the ugly truth is that there wouldn't be so many laws if there weren't so many ignorant people.

"X is against the law"
"Well, can I do Y?"
"No, stupid, that's covered under X"
"But it doesn't specifically *say* anything about Y :drama:"

Personally, I'd just taze those people. But the government types feel the need to actually engage them and have a discussion.

In My Opinion
Im kinda torn on this one.
I hate those nuts hanging off the back of trucks, I dont think that it is acceptable in a moral society.
however
As much as I hate it, I also hate people that try to dictate to me what I should or should not, or can or can not do.

A good compromise I suppose is that they are allowed to hang their nuts, and I in return should be allowed to shoot their nuts off when I see them.

Now you're talkin'! But the government tells you to do all sorts of things, like wear your seatbelt.

Public decency shouldn't be such an issue.

again on the seatbelt issue.
It should be my right to wear or not wear. I have always felt this way, and basically I still do.
Again with another however.

I was in an accident a few years back were I was not wearing a seat belt.
I was hit in the passenger side of the car, I slid across the seat.
my car stopped because it went into a ditch, not because of anything I did. I crossed two lanes of what could have been oncoming traffic.

would it have been fair to the oncoming traffic if I woudl have gone head on into one of them because I was sticking my lips to the passenger door?

that is a large reason for the seatbelt law. it does not protect me as much as it might protect you from me.

and yes, Since then I have recieved 3 tickets for belt violations.

This is just ridiculous! These testicles hang from bulls naturally and in plain sight. What's next, castrate the bulls or have them wear diapers so the sensitive doesn't have to see them? Shoot, then they should ban National Geographic shows showing the animals mating, foer they may offend some people. People need to grow up!

Rocky Mountain oysters for everyone after new bill passes banning bulls from having balls.

Oh horse####. I have avoided two people that I can think of that tried to kill me and probably weren't wearing their seatbelt. (Because reckless drivers aren't concerned about such things.)

So had you spun out in front of me, I'd have likely avoided you. I'm a 360 degree driver and see you coming :yay: And those who aren't, shouldn't be driving. mAlice avoided two deer that literally came out of nowhere and would have killed us in her little Beemer, PLUS managed to not get rear-ended by the truck that was right on her ass.

She, as well, is a 360 degree driver. So I'm not buying your argument.
