It's actually even more amusing that he hung them on an Explorer! Why not just stick a pair on your Geo Metro or hybrid car too? I thought it was a prerequisite to actually have a truck with nuts in order to to display these absurd things.

see, i own a 00 explorer and i bought a set of truck nuts for the hitch. i understand some people think its public nudity, but is it any different seeing a dog walkin around that has his nuts? they say its a distraction to motorists but if thats the case then all bumper stickers and car decals and rims and so on should all be illegal. I think its stupid for them to make it illegal. We're known as land of the free, but yet we have more and more restrictions. I pay my money for my vehicles each month, i should be able to put whatever i want on it.

Its been said plenty of times already, when you allow people to do something like hang a pair of rubber (?) balls from their tailgate, it helps to easily identify those who are lacking in certain departments...

The courts will take care of it. It probably won't even get to the court of Special Appeals before it was declared moot and the news won't really give a damn about some law the prosecutors will realise is pointless to prosecute any more.
