Hard print cards are no longer accepted by the FBI so prints must be scanned. I don't know that the MSP offers that service. Not saying they don't, just not sure.

Did you apply when Judge Legg first made his ruling? If you haven't got back the app, and your money, but had your interview, and background checks all complete, you will be one of the first to get it, if CA4 doesn't issue a stay.
If you didn't do all that, you'll have to apply, and send it in after Aug 8. Then pray that Ca4 doesn't issue a stay. If they do, MSP has your money, and you won't have a CCW permit.

This already is in effect. You must go to a LiveScane location, and do it 48-72 hours before you send in your app.

I didn't want to lose my money to the MD liberals so I didn't apply yet. I can wait until the dust settles and the rush is over.
