So they should just ignore all those pesky little laws, and only enforce the ones that Dan thinks matter. Great idea - if you are an idiot.

Thanks again MMDad. You did exactly as I bet you would. You are just sooo predictable. As I said in my PM to you a few days ago, I just love making money off you.
You have a good day.

The worst part about it is that the vehicle does not have to be inspected and this is usually the reason they are tagged this was 'cause they wouldn't pass Md. State Insp. Scary.

Since MD only requires a vehicle to undergo inspection once during its time under any owner, the inspection process does very little to enhance public safety. I own several vehicles that were last inspected over 10 years ago; one of them exactly 20 years ago.

While it is true that people use the Street Rod and Historic registration simply to skirt the inspection requirement, there are many thousands more vehicles that were inspected at some point but are now, many years later, unsafe.

You mean the PM where you said you were scared to post in the open? You idiot, there's no way that anyone is paying you because you are making a fool of yourself. If there were, your friends would have to be even dumber than you, but that's impossible.

MMDad If you are going to try to quote what I sent you in a PM please quote me correctly. I did not say I was scared to post in the open. I said I did not want to embarrass you in an open forum. You do that quite well on your own. I believe in praising someone in public and saying not so nice things in private.
As for someone paying me to make a fool of myself I actually said I made a bet with someone that if I put a certain type of posting on the board you would jump in with your usual cyber bashing. You did and I won the bet. He wanted to go double or nothing and again you jumped right in there as I predicted you would so I won again.
I really don't care what your views are. This is America and you are free to express your views.
Now you go and have a really nice day.

4 more years and I can get historic tags for my Suburban. Primary use is hauling scouts around on the weekends. Holds the driveway down the rest of the time.

I prefer historic cars/tags. I don't like paying the state extra money knowing how they waste money. I also like avoiding the EPA crap inspections every two years.
