I prefer a revolver. It's an idiot weapon. Unlike the on Alec Baldwin used it is so simple to understand, and never goes off on it's own. True most only hold 6 bullets but that should be enough. In most self defense situations one is plenty especially if it is a 357 .

Interesting. I have an 1860 Colt Army replica with a Howell conversion cylinder that's also .45 Colt. Love the way it shoots.
