Hmmm.......depends on how you rip off their sack......
Stop worrying about it being a threat, I'd wager you'd have help.

Hmm, i read about a guy who "washed" his balls in the ball washer at a golf club.....I'd say that would be worth a try. I'm not finished reading this thread yet...

>>note to self, read on...<<

PS IF he (YOU) was (ARE) really trying to do the right thing...they why are they trying to find out where he (YOU) lives (live)? Why not just tell them himself when he (YOU) move(s)?
~no threats here~just curious...

Did anyone else notice that it does say "under investigation"??? I don't understand, if you are accused of child sexual abuse, you have to register? What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?????

The under investigation means the state is investigating the offenders current address. All people you see on that web site have been convicted. I know this because i was searching the site and found someone I know. It said under investigation. I found out later that it meant they are confirming the address.

And these are the ones we know about...

I realize that this thread has been on here for a long time, but with what has been going on with children in FLA. and other states, the feeling of rage is back in my life.
These offenders are slime and can not/will not be rehabilitated. They did it once they will do it again. We need to protect the children from these animals.
I know the a$$hole who was involved with molesting a couple of children in not only my side of the family but also on my wifes side. I have made up my mind to do everything within the boundaries of the law to make his life hell. He has to be watched and caught and it will be done.
He is now in his 30's and I have also found out that both him and his mother are involved in welfare fraud. This has been reported to the welfare board in the state where they live.
I sent a letter to Dyson and Wood last night hoping that they will get some stronger laws on the books to help stop this crisis

Sen Dyson,
It seems like every night on the news we are hearing about another child either being sexually molested or killed by a released, convicted child molester. It is hard to imagine how the parents of these children continue to function after such a traumatic experience.
To get right to the bottom line, what I would like to see you do is introduce a bill that would require all people convicted of a sexual crime against children not only be registered in the community that they live in(Megan's Law) but be required to wear a GPS device for monitoring their location 24 hours a day.
It seems odd that we can track our stolen cars or lost pets by using GPS, but the people that are hurting our children can roam the streets and school yards.
Would you please give me your thoughts on this situation and what we can do to correct it.

Respectfully,
Chuckster

Wow, got GPS for a pet! How could you possibly afford that? Why? Is this a pedigreed pup?

If people who commit sex crimes against children are so dangerous that they have to be registered for life after serving their sentences, why are they let out of prison in the first place? Thomas Sowell

From what I've seen of Sowell's other columns, I disagree with him most of the time. But I agree with him on this issue. Lifetime incarceration with no parole for those monsters.

I think he's referring to the embedded ID chip that you can have in dogs and cats. Our dog has one. The idea is that if the dog/cat is abducted or lost, and then shows up at an animal shelter, they can read the chip and trace the animal back to its owner.

Reported today on Fox News that Westchester County in NY will require sex offenders to wear GPS devices 24/7. It's a start.
Got e mail back form Sen Dyson and he will be following up on this situation

In the past some of you have gotten upset when I deleted personal information that you have posted, such as addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Now you know why we do that.

Most online forums are open to the public, meaning we don't do background checks before we let someone register for a user name and start posting. Plus, people do not have to register in order to read posts. Therefore a little common sense is in order when posting on a public forum:
  1. Don't give out personal information online, such as phone numbers, addresses, etc.
  2. Do not meet with strangers alone in a secluded setting. Get a group together or meet in a public place.
  3. Be aware that others may misrepresent themselves and not be who they claim to be.
  4. Trust your intuition. If someone seems "not right", they probably aren't.
  5. Avoid sexually provacative language and behavior.
  6. Be wary of posting your own picture and especially pictures of your children.
That said, you can meet persons of poor character anywhere, not just on the internet. You can meet them at a bar, through friends, at work or even at church. You can enjoy the forums and make some good friends here, just use the same common sense you'd use in any other venue.
Worth quoting. Thanks Nickel.

Just like I said in another thread earlier today, everyone should be well aware of those registered in your community. The registry depends on the public to keep an eye out on these offenders.

The reason many of these offenders are out is because they have served the time required in the system, however, most of them will reoffend, this is why the public demanded a registry.

Good find J.

Does anyone remember Jr. Burdynski? He ended up missing in 93 from Brentwood Maryland. (they believe he was killed ~ they never found his body) Anyway, that investigation ended up all over Maryland including a house down the street from my dad's. :ohwell:

The person down the street had child porn in his possession but was never linked to this crime, however he was charged with possession of child porn.

In all the years I knew him, he coached young boys in soccer. Now that is scary. I don't let my children out of my sight, anyone who preys on young children makes me sick and the sad part is these offenders are NICE people.

I cannot say this enough. You would never know the difference between a sicko offender and somebody who just likes children.

I am the one who grabs the wrong a$$es. :blushing:

:tantrum: CC you deleted your post. Wench.

You’ll have to excuse Dems, she is a democrat, they believe in reform.

Sex offenders are never reformed. They cannot change their sexual preference. They can be dormant but eventually they will offend again. Studies show otherwise. That is why the public needs to keep their eyes open and be aware of what lurks in your community.

If they could be reformed, we would not have a registry in our community.

Well if that is the case, then even they agree sex offenders cannot be reformed. The average sex offender has committed an unlawful sex act nearly 2 dozen times before being caught.

Prep, I just do not care one iota about 'outing' anyone for any reason to feed you (or others) insatiable appetite for drama... but you keep wearing yourself out chasing a 60 some year old man around the forum Photoshopping pictures and calling him a child Predator... letting everyone know where he works...

See where that gets you....
