Wow, that couldn't be any easier. As long as you do it the day before it is needed, this is the way I'll go in the future. I was not aware how easy it is, and this is the process that manufacturers use to make it.

It does look easy, but I'm really good at screwing up something simple, so I need the back-up. The worst that could happen is I have to make more tiramisu.

I want to make tiramisu. It's so...delicate.

My wife is the baker in the family, and I had asked for Tiramisu. She wasn't comfortable with that, so she did the brownie thing instead. It was great, but it wasn't Tiramisu.

Ive made some successful tiramisu...the hard part for me was finding the right ladyfingers..the spongy kind not the hard kind were hard tot rack down. dont remember where i ended up getting them

That's good info. I hadn't even thought of that. Hell, I may have to make the lady fingers, too.

This could turn into a major under taking.

Ive also had some success using small squares of pound cake..not the same light texture of course..but it tasted sooo good. :killingme
