My other pet peeve is overcooking. At the restaurant where I took my mom for dinner on Sunday, a person at the table next to us ordered prime rib - well done. I almost cried.

That would be like eating a shoe.

The hubby and I had prime rib Friday night and it melted in your mouth. It was served medium maybe, just pink, but not bloody.

I love a good marinade on a steak but it depends on what the side dishes are and whether the marinade would compliment the side dishes too. (for example, if its mashed potatoes and bisquits and corn, I go with the marinade, if its just the steak and mac and cheese or something and beans, I just go with some onions on top or other light seasoning while cooking. And if I do marinade, I always score (?) the meat first and soak it in the fridge for about an hour.

Just clean out your "sent" box. You will see it in the "drop down menu" towards the top. Select "sent" box and then mark em all for deletion... if you have something really hot and juicy worth saving... cut and past it into word and save it on the side... :shrug:

Why don't you pay vrai 20 bucks and go premo, then you get a bigger PM box. Well, I managed to have that box full a time or two, but that was due to my lack of housekeeping.
