wow, that's so sad. my poor abby is almost 17, and she's winding down.
Miss Blue came home in a little oak box today, about a few days earlier than expected.
Vet and techs sent a sympathy card.

My friend Amber in Ohio got me again.
She had a Rainbow Bridge Crystal and poem sent in Blue's memory.
After the semi-famous Miss Teia was given the Final Kindness just after Thanksgiving 2018, Amber sent a memorial stone.
Amber and I have never met in person, but are online Rescue Buddies.
Also, VCA/Park Vet Clinic did not charge me for Blue's euthanasia.

Here is the handsome and large Mr Cooper giving me the stink eye for disturbing his nap. He's in his favorite spot, atop the spare bed in the room we use mainly as the cat nursery. He will be 6 the last week of May, Buff will be about 2 weeks later.

Throwback Thursday...22 December 2019, Miss Blue was having a good day, playing on the carpeted stairs going down to the basement. I think she didn't know her front claws were gone. This was during the time when the palliative care was still working on the sarcoma.
