More salt down then snow

Not tonight. I was doing 70-75 coming back from Waldorf tonight and still couldn't keep up with the flow of traffic. They were even flyin' in the left lane.

NAh! they are driving 25 cuz they cant see out of their windshield cuz their wipers are frozen and the winshield is solid white with salt spray!!! lmao and prayin they get to a
gas station soon with a squeegee... well that was my excuse but i was doing 45 and peepin thru a lil tiny clear spot..

I went to a party at the Hollywood Rescue Squad building last night and their parking lot looks like the Bonniville salt flats. The salt is at least a 1/4 inch thick.

OOO now i get it.. they dumped all that salt to be festive.. this way it will lay around and we can still have a white christmas!!!!

lived 10 years in north east Pa....never seen this much salt used before....
It's like they don't have anything better to do than ride up and down the roads and dump a #### load of salt for what.....a dusting. even closed down some of the schools, and some had a 2 hr delay....that would not happen in pa....it has to snow atleast 6 inches before they even think about delaying any of the schools up there and maybe by the time it reaches 10 inches they close the schools. Everyone was crying at work about the below 0 weather the other day.....I told them try dealing with having not only the 10 to 0 degrees and sometimes below 0 and snow almost every day for about 4 to 5 months out of a year...and lets see if you still love to see it snow.... .... yes I hate the snow....it's no fun going down the side of a mountain with no guard rails...and you hit a patch of ice under the snow covered road...and slide right into a bar's parking lot

Im sure we will see the sand once we run out of salt.. I still dont understand why we dont mix like the states to the north of us.. I think they just like doing road repaving every spring..

the last time i did 75 .. it was 5am on a sunday morning... not a car on the road well .. cept 1 that flew by,whipped around and gave me a $ 175 ticket and then sped away!

Yep I was a real danger to society out there on the road all by my self going 25 miles over the limit on a dry road lol ... oh well maybe the state used that 175 to pay for some of that salt ....
