Mother of the groom dress

You're I want to see what a real woman would look like in that dress.

That's the problem my sister is having. She's small (5'1"), slender, but with a big bust. Trying to find a dress to fit those specs is next to impossible.

:shrug: Black is elegant -- you're not supposed to wear white to a wedding, b/c you might take away attention from bride. I'm wearing a black flowery sundress to a wedding in July. I can't wait, my boyf is the best man.

You're just not trying hard enough.

For real. I already know that if I were 6 ft tall and weighed 115 lbs, I could wear a Pilsbury sack with three XXXs on it and look fabulous - I don't need some 18 year old model to tell me that. I want to see what a real woman would look like in that dress.

I thought the lady in the link Elaine posted looked to be healthy vice some of the common variety skeletons you're likely to see splattered on the ads...

Get the big hair to offset the tiny-head look and you're all set

And now you know why hair was so BA-BLAM back in the 80's. It was the only way to reconsile the head with the huge shoulder pads which were in vogue back then.




It was either that, or get all the girls to wear football helmets.
