I rarely ever go to the movies (infact I think I have been once since I have moved here ) but Big B wants to go see the movie Taken... Any suggestions on a nice movie theater (maybe w/ stadium seating or one that has a adult beverage section)

PF has a nice cozy theatre. not too many gangsters/thugs hanging out there if you go early. Bowie, don't bother. Waldorf, don't even think about it.

I think the theater in Bowie has theater seating. I know for sure one in VA does, Alexandria maybe?? It's off of Route 1...I think (I'm no help ). There's definitely a Don Pablo's (great food) in front of the VA theater.

Yeah, okay.
It's a bit of a drive, but Arundel Mills has a nice theater with stadium seating. Never heard of one that sells alcohol.

My suggestion is the theater in Arundel Mills Mall. PF is dirty, so is LP. I don't do much in Waldorf if I don't have to. (The kids cheer there, so I am there enough) Arundel Mills hasstadium seating and is really nice, def worth the drive.

Arundel Mills is probably nice, never been. I don't think I'd drive farther into Southern Maryland to go to the movies and as far as Waldorf goes, if I'm watching a movie in Waldorf it's definitely going to be at home :yay:...that theater sucks!

My vote goes to the VA theater behind Don Pablos...wherever that is anyway

My girlfriend was telling me about one that she went to in DC where they sold beer, cosmos, wine etc... but the tickets were a little more pricey.

Muvico at Arundel Mills gets my vote.

I'll second the recommendations for Arundel Mills and the Annapolis Mall... Both are nice.

If you haven't been to the Annapolis Mall recently, they've got some great new stores... AND, you two can eat @ Cheesecake Factory before the movie!
