If you think a crush on Johnny Rotten is bad, how about Paul Simonan - that guy had no musical talent at all but damn was he hot! And by the way "Blister in the Sun" was the hottest song going at our Junior homecoming - they must have played it 10 times! One of the worst nights I remember was going to see the Femmes one night in Philly - and our car broke down and we missed the show! Talk about a hearbreaker!

Whatever happened to sweet Pauly anyway? Heard that Strummer is doing something solo - haven't had the nerve to buy it yet - deathly afraid that it will suck!
Still wish I had made that show! Unfortunately there wasn't a bus that ran from SOMD to Philly! Thats why it totally sucked that the car broke down because we were about 3/4 of the way there somewhere on the PA turnpike in the middle of nowhere. And you gotta remember in those rough times we didn't have cell phones! Ended up hitching it to the nearest exit and calling someones dad to come pick us up! It was horrible!
