I think if i ever get a notice left on my door from animal control this lady will be history as my stepdad wont put up with that bs.

If you get a notice on your door then you are in the wrong. And why would your step-dad get involved? Does he live there too?

You do not put a bark collar on a dog that is cooped up in a apartment all day. They do not belong in apartments.

my neighbor downstairs is back to complaining about the dog. She said to me this am that she is sick and tired of the dog (well I told her to get over it as the dog is staying). I have a feeling that when she sees me later she will be nasty toward me but my plan is to just ignore her as much as I can because I don't need to put up with it as it is not my fault she stays up all night and watches tv instead of going to bed like most humans do at night (shes not working and stays home all day and sleeps instead of going to look for a job).

sorry for the vent but I am just tired of her complaining every other day about the dog.

the person who complained has been gone about a year now. Nobody here complains about the dog as a matter of fact 4 of the tenants always ask about the dog and some even come and visit her so they can get to play with her .
