Why say no? It is a cat and it gives a home to one less homeless animal. It is sad you feel in some way she should be punished at the expense of a homeless pet for her complaining about your dog. That isn't right at all.
And why was this thread bumped back up?
Does somebody know the neighbor and knew the neighbor moved?

well pandora to answer your question this lady found the cat and hasn't taken it to the vet or anything and its losing hair and chewing herself raw and shes still skinny as a rail and she found her 3 months ago at the fleet reserve on base (the cat was dumped and they just fed her there). I was nice enough and gave her 50 cans of wetfood for the cat as I bought them for my kitten and she wouldn't eat them as she likes the way the dogs wet food tastes better than her own wet food. Her cat needs to be taken to the vet and figure out if it has any diseases and needs to be checked out but she only works 1 day a week so that doesn't help her get the money to take the cat to the vet and get it shots and checked out to see why she is losing her hair and why she hasn't put on weight etc.

yah right mojo. she should not have taken the animal in if she can't afford to vet it etc and make sure its taken care of.

she should have just taken it to tcas or the humane society she is just an irresponsible pet owner and it makes me ill. The landlord had to bomb her apt when she left as she also didn't clean her apt the last month and a half she lived in it.
