That's exactly what everyone said to Germany after WWI. What do they have to offer? Who is Germany anymore? We've dismantled them, they have nothing! They who burn money to keep warm, for the cost of wood is more expensive.

All it takes is one coo-coo and/or supreme motivator to start taking an assertive approach to this passive world.

Germany was still an industrial power house after WWI. Their industrial capability was damaged by the war, but not destroyed. Also, their geography made them a key player in European politics and culture even while they were going through their depression. You can't say the same thing for North Korea.

So we won't compare the two in that 'economic' aspect.:shrug:

That still doesn't give you the crystal ball prophesy of predicting the unpredictable.
