The call on Edwards in the pits was :bs:. Similar stuff has happened before and NASCAR didn't overturn the penalty. Carl should thank NASCAR for that one.

How was it BS??? Some camera man interferred with the pit crew. Great call by NASCAR. :yay:

And I would feel the same regardless who it benefited.

Cameraman was a NASCAR press member. Besides, it is the crew's responsibility to make sure their pit stall is clear. Evidently, that was not done.

They've set precedents on this before, Mikey. How many times has another car hit a tire out of someone else's pit stall.

The cameraman was there, but did not kick it out of the way (or so SPEED says). NASCAR's explanation is that they didn't intentionally do anything wrong. WTF? :confused:

The win should be stripped from Carl, ESPECIALLY if Robby loses his appeal. But it's obvious the precedent is different, AGAIN, with RoushYates and Hendrick cars than they are for everybody else.

We'll have to see what comes out of tomorrow.

After that incident, he may be competing for Digger's job.....

Speaking of which, there were 2 Digger cams, one was at the entrance to Pit Road. The other one.... did it look like the drivers were intentionally running it over during yellow?? Looked that way to me.

I won't be posting the results of the fantasy challenge until AFTER NASCAR determines what the Carl Edwards penalty is.

I am thinking about, if NASCAR rejects Robby's appeal and/or penalizes Carl Edwards, voiding that from the week's fantasy challenge. The way I see it, if NASCAR feels the need to take points away from him, he did not win the race. :shrug:

They need to start taking wins away now that they seed the Chase based on number of wins.
