We were looking at the Riu, but decided against it after reading some reviews and watching a few YouTube videos of the corny ""entertainment"

I think we're leaning to a Couples Resort. Either Negril or Swept Away.

Also heard great things about:
Dunn River Falls
Rick's
One Love Bus/Pub Tour
Glass bottom, or any kind of boat really, tours
Negril in general seems nice

If you don't mind me asking, how'd you book your trip? Did you go for a full week, 5 days, 4 days?

We booked thru Southwest Vacations. 6 days 5 nights. I've never been to Dunns River Falls but my daughter did on her honeymoon. She said it was fantastic. I cant remember who we booked the river cruise and YS fall tour through, sorry.

We did that too, planned two excursions for the week that we were there.
