That Hummer is impressive though. I saw it at the Bike Show over in Solomons...whenever that was

You could run over a few things in that.

Hey, don't they say men compensate with a big or expensive vehicle to make up in other lacking departments?

:killingme

yup...it's true :ohwell: i'm hung like a tuna can

I have seen 2 Vipers and a few C6 Vettes. No ZO6 yet. Bunch of Mustangs. One Shelby GT (non 500) tried to smoke me; didn't work out to well for him.

I am used to ALOT more traffic and traffic lights, but also used to A LOT less cops!!! Seems I see 2-3 cops out with people pulled over ever day. So whenever any open road looks good, I see a cop there. Nice winding roads here compared to flat straight interstates down there.

Well, in terms of ricer stuff, we had "imports" and "ricers" down there. Import was a nicely modified import car. A "ricer" was a 1979 Celica with a 2x4 as a wing and of course the coffee can muffler. I have seen both groups here. :)

Seen a few nice imports though. One nice Supra and a few WRX/Sti. Havn't seen any Evo's though and I doubt any right hand drive Skylines. ;)

So there isn't one group or club for import get togethers or local import web forums???

Nice. You have a 944. I was in the market last year looking to pick one up for a hobby car.

I used to have a supercharged 98 M3.

I'm planning on picking up an 02-03 E46 M3 and getting one of the turbo kits that have been out for the last year or so. The numbers are astounding on them now. With pump gas the numbers are around 480ish with meth and some race gas guys are getting 600ish.

Anything done to your 944?

What kind of numbers are you seeing?

Do ya track your car?
A few of the local P car owners run HPDE's. I own an STI, but am very familiar with Porsche's, especially their race cars. I have ran an event with the local PCA chapter and attended the 2001 Rennsport Reunion.

You have an STi?

Are you in the Lex Park area?

What color is yours? I see the blue and silver ones driving around.

I have an Evo VIII. Almost got the STi, but pulled the trigger on the STi first. Did some minor mods and got her up to around 350ish to the ground. You just point this thing in the direction you want to go and mash the pedal...

I used to go up to summit with my M3 all the time to run.

Very nice...

How do you get your tuning done? Do you dyno tune it?

Or, road tune, and log results?

I live in Leonardtown, but work on base. I own a steel grey 2006 STI. I don't drive it much. I am gonna keep my STI mostly stock and just put a better set of brake pads/fluid on it for the track. I have spent a lot of time at Summit Point and VIR running HPDE's with various groups, mainly NASA and BSR. I used to race enduro karts at SP and VIR too. I added the Nordschliefe to my tracks driven list last year.

I did some DE and AutoX events in FL with it.

I was at the last Rennsport just over the summer.
