I'm using Realplayer 8 basic build 6.0.9.584. It says there's an update available, but I can't get there right now.

I got the update and it's still giving me an issue. I've been listening with WinMedia for about an hour now.

I've never listened to a scanner before. This is pretty interesting....

I noticed that P.G. is supposed to be included. That will be way too much traffic. We'll be trying to listen to something in So. Md., and all we'll hear are all of the shootings in P.G.

So. Md. is the three counties (although I wish P.G. would annex Waldorf). I reccommend dropping anything P.G.

I had to disable Norton, load the link then enabled Norton and it works.

My home scanner is an older model that is not trunked. It gets everything in Calvert on one channel. You would be surprised at the grief the Animal Control officers go through.

Might be time to give up that ol' 8086 processor and try something a little faster,, maybe a P-1 or something?

I agree with that. I do think MSP Forestville would be ideal. It deals only with traffic and traffic related accidents. That might not be so bad. :shrug:
