Too much Bandwith for Dialup

it Doesn't work for me. I have no trouble picking up tho OTHER scanner.

waited 3 minutes and was only up to 4% buffering.


I have no trouble with The Baynet Scanner.

Keep trying I love the scanner. I do notice that my Windows Media player is running at 128kbs on So Md Online

and at 12kbs at the Bay Net. Prestons online St Marys County scanner used to run at 8kbs.
