Tried the Ruddy Duck Alehouse on St. Georges Island today. Was a night and day difference from our experience at the one in Solomon's. We will be going back.

Casey Jones was excellent last time we went.

Another vote for Casey Jones, its in Laplata, their food is amazing! Best steak I've had outside of a 5 star restaurant, hands down! My wife said the duck (i dont do duck) was the best she ever had!! Also they always have a good draft beer selection, and wine as well!

Did you get the job?

I did Rose Red, thanks for asking! However, I just got a call from another place that I interviewed with a couple months ago saying they have an opening and would really like me to work for them! This is the job I really wanted and is in the field that I truly enjoy... so now, I'm in kind of a weird place! Not a bad place to be, just weird, LOL

Lenny's or St. Mary's Landing! :buddies:

The last time I ate at Lenny's I ordered the crab dip, the only way you knew it was crab was by the shells in it. It was spinach and artichoke dip with no crab taste at all. The time before it was the fried chicken that the wife now refers to as "the other red meat". I don't know we keep deciding to give them "one more chance", they've been so disappointing, so many times.

With St Mary's Landing being in my hood, I drive past the place alot and I just can't beleive the number of cars that are always in the parking lot. I can count on one hand the number of times I have been in there, and I have no desire to ever go in there again.

Met my daughters and granddaughters at Adams Rib in Prince Frederick Friday nite. We cancelled our order and left. My daughters ordered crab dip for an appetizer. When the waitress brought it out, it stunk to high heavens. Looked like nothing but sour cream and some kind of weird smelling onion. Couldn't stand the smell. Left and went to the Sakura instead. That was good.

I hate when the "one more chance" thing happens. We've vowed not to do it anymore

It is the only restaurant where you can get breakfast food. And they have the most variety on their menu I think (American foods) compared to the other eating places!

They call me ... Sarcasmo
Still disgusting. Last time we ate there we went for breakfast. The whole restaurant smelled of burned, rancid cooking grease, food was warm not hot. Just not a good experience.
