The pork rinds have hardly any carbs that's why we're using those. I think next week I'm going to try my hand at cauliflower pizza crust in this thing. I'll update on the chicken after dinner.
Very keto friendly. Report back on the pizza! I've heard mixed reviews on them.

Watched an infomercial on this today when I couldn't find the remote. The end product looks amazing soooo for those of you that know my cooking reputation - can I handle something like that? Are they user friendly? Think crockpot.
I can't say yet. We've still not taken ours out of the box yet.

I voted 'no' at "watched an infomercial when I couldn't find the remote". Hope this helps.
:yay: Maybe this would be better suited for her.

Tonight we breaded chicken strips with pork rinds and various spices for buffalo chicken strips under the air fryer.

Crushed pork rinds make an excellent "breading". Something else I've done is coat chicken breasts in hummus, then pan fry them. OMG yum.

Just my luck. NEX has them on sale today thru Sunday for $159.99. Plus they have scratch-off savings cards. Never used them before so not sure how they work.
