Seriously, would you want pedestrian traffic traipsing through your back yard? I know I wouldn't. And there is already an entrance on Oxon Hill Rd. near the intersection with IHH, which most Virginians probably never use. Any additional access roads would be located in a densely populated residential area and that part of Oxon Hill Rd. can barely handle the traffic now let alone with extra NH traffic going in and coming out.

but the ICC in montgomery county will relieve that congestion.

I hate even driving through it. But, at least there are all the donks to laugh at while sitting through one of the million stop lights.
