Not sleeping at night

The "Sleep now" has 1 mg. Melatonin, which it why it works.

I use Ambien. If I'm out of Ambien, I take Benadryl or Tylenol PM.

But I love my Ambien!

I will too. Thanks for bringing this up geek. I never sleep all through the night. I'm usually in bed after 11 and up before 5:30, and usually wake up 2 or 3 times during that span.

If I take anything, it's usually Tylenol PM and I only take one because it makes me so freaking groggy I can't function the next day.

Seriously, Why can't I do all my mind racing crap when I am awake. Aren't you tired during the day?

I actually went through the sleep study and was prescribed Requip for Restless Leg Syndrome, but I went back to Herbalife, it works as well as the drugs but it's natural.

It takes me about 2 hours in the morning to get myself moving. I swear half the time I think I'm still half asleep as I'm driving to work. By the time I get here I'm usually good to go though, or close enough to get away with it. :lmao:

I'm more of a night person. When I leave work, I've got so many things to do with the kids and stuff; that's when I'm actually more productive. Even on the weekends, I get more accomplished after 3pm than I do in the morning. :crazy: I can be up after midnight mopping floors or folding clothes, wide awake.

Ambien is purdy good stuff I could always take advantage of my ex-wife when she was taking it.

I can't wait to retire. My Grandma stays up until 3:00am and gets up and 1:00pm. She is living the dream!!

:lmao: I can remember when I stayed with my grandparents over the summer, most times my grandma was sitting in her favorite chair when I went to bed and sitting in that same spot when I got up! :huggy:

:yay: Started using melatonin a few years ago when I can't sleep, it works well. Any of the OTC stuff actually keeps me awake.
