I'm kinda with you CC, but I think we are rarieties. I have a great relationship with my ex and I would probably even invite him the the funeral, er I mean wedding, if I was ever be stupid enough, I mean lucky enough to do that again. And if he was ever to get married again, I'd be appreciative of a heads up on it since we do still communicate regular and share some of the same friends. But I think if we were not regular chit chatters and still friends, then I would probably give less than a hoot if he ever told me he got remarried. After all, I know all types of people who have nothing but baggage, resentment and anomosity leftover from their failed marriages. And if I felt that way I'd be saying NYOB too. However, I am a weirdo and looked at my failed marriage with a lot of pride.

No, it's none of his business, and his love life is none of mine. He got married and I found out through my aunt. I'm glad I didn't find out from him, I would've laughed in his face, and that would've been rude. I've moved on for a reason, I don't want him in my life, I'm not gonna go out of my way to inform him of my every move. As for notifying the kids, my son met my bf before I did, so I didn't have to worry about that.
