Like this forum everybody has their own views and opinions just like Rosie does. Whether she is right or wrong she does have a fan base where people will still stick by her. They have indicated other networks are already talking to her about a show of her own.
So I don't think it will be a loss to Rosie not talking to Elizabeth. Elizabeth is only known for being a contestant on Survivor. Do you really think people are going to continue tuning into The View to watch Elizabeth discussing her political views? It's doubtful.

I often wonder...
...if people like Rosie, Gore, the Air America crowd and others truly believe what they say they do. I mean, Rosie is a performer, right, an actor first and foremost? So, she's gotta work and would it actually be marketable if she said;
"No guns!" then her opponent says 'but what about your body guards? Are you and yours more valuable than anyone else?"
That leaves her with three responses;
1. "Yes".
2. "Good point. I'll have to rethink that."
3. "That's different."
I mean, how do they sell 'common woman Rosie' if she says 1? They never give a reasoned response so, it's either to protect the brand they've made of themselves or they can't give a reasoned response, right?

This is pretty much the answer that Rosie gave. She said that being a famous celebrity, her life was in much more danger than the average person. I think it was O'Reilly that pointed out to her that average Americans suffer crime significantly more than celebrities do because they don't have the protections that Rosie et. al. do.Larry Gude said:
