There was a nice waterfront resort called Swann's. Unfortunately for me, failure was foisted on us thanks to a hurricane....I was tapped out at that moment in time, having underestimated the costs to bring every revenue center on line (restaurant, hotel, two bars, crab house, cottages, bait/tackle/ABC liquor store, gas dock.... Shew. But nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Yep, business is not for the faint of heart, one event can put things in a tailspin in a blink of an eye. I certainly had my share of them, but I did make it thru them. Like I said before I am one lucky MF'er.
