Olive Garden

Last night was fun. I work there. Today is my day off then back to work tomorrow. I think the rain turned some people away but we were packed up until about 9:30. I think once the weather turns and the sun comes out towards the end of the week it will be packed open to close. Go today(while I am not there, for the best service) and have a good time.

A few questions I didn't see answered. Some of the employees there have been pulling 12-14hr days everyday for the last two weeks to get ready for opening. They will tend to have a light workweek compared to everyone else(They def. have enough overtime to cover it). Everyone was standing outside Sat. and Sun. because they were doing a mock dining to simulate the staff working through a shift in all facets, and yes that includes a rush and a line of guests.

Good for you. A bunch of morons on here never think of all that goes into opening a new business. I am sure the preparation really helped. Don't sweat some of these idiots, there idea of gourmet is a chicken box at fastop.

:yeahthat: If I want pasta, I'll make it at home. Lasagna, pastafazole, festacoli, stuffed shells, etc. Don't need to wait in line for Olive Garden.

:yay: or eggplant parmigiana!

Or salad with NO iceberg lettuce!

don't forget about the Long John Silver's. :coffee:

what is it with people around here?

Heck, when they opened the new McDonalds in St. Mary's Square (I think that is what the shopping center is called that has the World Gym off of Great Mills road) people were lined up out the door opening day. I thought that was totally whacko.
