Most pathetic sight on TV... Danny White sitting on the bench after Dexter "cleaned his clock."

I'll never forget the dazed, confused and concussed look in his eyes that day, or the way Landry threw down the clipboard and yelled "No Danny! No! No! No!" When White threw an interception on the next posession. Those were real Redskins back then!

Everyone knows exactly what game you're talking about when you say the "NoDannyNo" game. And that was supposedly an attempt to draw the redskins offsides on a 4th down, but Danny decided to go for it on his own..

Yeah...

...plus, how can you NOT hate a team with a QB named 'Hoggeboom"?

I may have spelled it wrong and THAT would be just terrible.

Is there an emoticon for 'dripping sarcasm'?

Is what it's come to? Dallas week indifference?

:bawl:

Maybe. In past years, some fans seemed like they wanted to brain Jimmy Johnson with a tire iron.

Hey Larry

Just where did the moniker "America's team" come from anyway? I can't stand that. Sports blowhards from Fox to Espn still call them that.

Thieving damn cowboys...

...stole it from Mother Theresa when she was on the way to the orphanage with Christmas gifts.

She had nice little jerseys for the kids to make them feel good about themselves. The jerseys had each kids name on the back and "Americas Team!" on the front.

To distract her, they employed a devious, low down trick called 'the flex' defense.

See, first, when she gets close enough, they set the orphanage on fire, then they yell 'fire!' while acting like they are running for help. Then, they block the road, fire engine can't get there, Mother Theresa sets down the goodies, races to help, then the scoundrels 'flex' over, scoop up their ill gotten booty and, viola...

America's Team.

True story.

So Staubach is the reason Jo Jo divorced Terry??

"It's our Super Bowl," Smoot said. "This is the game we're going to rise up. This is the game we want. . . . I hate the idea of spoiling. I'd rather somebody try to spoil us because that means we're going to the playoffs. But I hate Dallas. I ain't trying to let them out of here a winner no way."
