More than likely a major depressive disorder... symptoms of irrational anger, misery, and feelings of worthlessness.
It always manifest itself by the patient lashing out at others for their shortcomings. Usually the family taking the brunt of it. Just imagine how he behaves on here as just a fragment of what his relatives must endure.

If you guys are talking about the CARES Act it passed by such a considerable margin that Presidential approval wasn't needed. The House voted 419 to 6, the Senate vote was 96 to 0, in other words it was VETO proof. All a veto would have done is delayed the passage by just a few days at most.

Finally, let’s put this Biden caused inflation issue to bed once and for all.
Trump signed and advocated for the bill that injected trillions of needed dollars into the economy. A nasty side effect was the inflation we’re still dealing with, but it was trumps doing.
When putting out a house fire some things will get wet, but you can’t blame the relief who took over for the first fire crew.
Many folks on here are too simple minded to grapple with this reality and just say “Biden caused inflation”, the reality is the opposite.

Saying Biden caused the inflation problem makes as much sense as me saying “Well Biden stopped COVID”
I mean, COVID showed up during Trump, it’s basically not an issue now, that happened under Biden, so of course Biden stopped COVID!
But the reality is Trump’s vaccines stopped COVID, the second someone becomes president it doesn’t stop all the previous administrations actions.
I know most of you deep down know this, but you can’t admit that Trump caused the inflation mess because that is one of your main arguments against Biden.
