I got one, and it was NASTY! Then again, I can't say anything good about Ruby's hamburgers and will no longer order one.
Had one on Saturday, it was excellant.

Ruby Tuesday has Bison burgers

I've never understood why it's OK for some folks to eat a cow or chicken but they freak out at the thought of eating some other animal

They are okay, but Ted's Montana Grill in Alexandria has bison burgers to die for!

We've got a freezer full of bison burgers, roasts, ribs and brats. :yum:

I've tried ostrich before but it was more like a roast beef, never had the burgers but I would try them.

Because animals other than cows, pigs and chickens are unnatural and gross.

Why not just eat kittens and puppies while you're at it.

Nothing unatural about it, it just your learned aversion.
Not much meat on a cat and they're tough
Had dog several time while overseas, has a texture very similar to beef. Never had puppy, guess that would be the veal version

I went low fat one time and had the ostrich burgers from Giant. They weren't bad. They weren't good, but they were edible. We have also had buffalo steaks from a place in West Va. They were awesome and also $16.99 a pound. You actually have to add oil to cook them. Very low fat and very good.

I remember in thailand, picking your puppy. They were in cages and you pointed at the one you wanted to eat  Now in Spain I was unfortunate enough to not understand what I was eating and after a whole pan full I finally had a girl translate It was coagulated Bulls blood (got sick). But by far the best was Turkey and bashing that little monkey's head open for fresh brains. :yum:

p.s. I dont eat meat I'm just mean :burning:
