Over the counter dry spot cream?

So, my mom uses lotion like you wouldn't believe, she has a few dry spots on her some how. Does anyone know any OTC cream, ointment etc that is good for dry spots?

She also already uses a crap ton of vasoline with cocoa butter in it.

She uses so much lotion and vasoline on her feet I have to double wash her socks.

Neutragena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream.

The O Keefe's products work really well. They make a product for hands or feet.

I use vaseline and Mary Kay's extra emollient night cream (which is NOT a cream!) in the summer and that's enough. For hands and feet - I do NOT have dry feets at all)

It's not enough in the winter for my hands. I use the above at different times, but for every day, I have been using the Gold Bond Ultimate with aloe.

Eucerin is my go to. Luckily this year hasn't been too bad.

One of the shampoo girls, at the salon I frequent, swears by that stuff. Her hands do look amazing, considering she has them in water and soap for a good part of the day.
