Owners choose people names for pets

I have a cat named Lucky Lucy aka LuLu (I did NOT name her, my Mother suggested the name) but LuLu is cute I think ..... I call her Wu Wu and she responds ...... who's the nutty one? me or LuLu? LOL

I don't like a lot of the 'typical' pet names because they seem childish and silly. It's less because I see them as "family members", although I can be accused of that too.

All my cats have been named something humanlike. Currently, there is Ebony and Ashlynn. (Funny, I thought Ashlynn was a pretty unique name until I gave the name to my girl, then I began seeing it all over.)

I'm surprised that "Satan's Little Helper" (think The Simpson's) or "####head" (think The Jerk) weren't among the top 10...

Do your pigs get along in the same enclosure? Are they males?

They are both males and they live together. They have a huge Ferret Nation cage converted to a piggy cage. They have plenty of space and they really don't fight. Just occasional teeth chattering.

Years back I had 2 female sisters that lived in the same large enclosure and I had to separate them when one was slowing down (around age 5) and the other started picking on her. I will always remember Lucy & Ethel. I adopted them from the shelter in Belair about 8/9 years ago through I piggy rescue. I went there to adopt 2 pigs and they sent me out with 3 pigs LOL ...... hey he was such a cute little guy and he needed a home.

Pigs are fun.
