It should be but I sincerely doubt it will go that way. The few times people have tried to discuss religions other than Christianity have become heated to say the least.

The only real way to discuss it would be to start a new forum subject, or even a private forum. I tried to have a discussion when I first started. And all hell broke loose. But as one to another. Welcome Sister. :flowers:

Yes, I remember reading that. Its a shame that in this day and age that there are still many closed minded people.

It doesn't mean we can't try. I think my problem was that they took my question as a slam instead of an honest question.

I don't follow an religion any more, but follow a spiritual path that i find is more and more earth based.

Ok, back on topic, yeah I'm a bit of a buzz kill some times, but it's hard to have an actual discussion if you guys are always making jokes of everything. And I think Butterfly is looking for an actual Real discussion.

What is your current path? What was your family religion if there was one? What would you like to discuss?

I know. But that defeats the purpose. If it comes to that, maybe we can pitch in and open a private forum. Just not in this months budget.

All you can do is say what you want to say or be quiet. If people will heckle you for being different should you actually care what they think? Perhaps you will hear one or two things that will actually be worth the listening. Just don't be thin skinned when dealing with avatars, the only way words can hurt is if you drop a box of bibles on your foot.
