I have two HS alumni trying to figure out how they can wake up women to this imminent threat to their right to vote. They think the Handmaiden's tale is about to happen....So,...should I tell them or just let them hide in their basements?...Let them hide,...this is too fun.

I call bullshit on this. The REAL ID that we were all forced to go to for getting on airplanes and other official functions required a birth certificate and marriage license. Next!

Lol, any married woman would have a passport and/or marriage license which would have required names. Nothing more than getting a real ID with motor vehicles. Total nothing burger.

If the SAVE Act were law, a person would be able to prove their citizenship with a REAL ID, a passport, a military ID with a military service record or a government photo ID showing their place of birth. Alternatively, a person could prove their citizenship by submitting another government ID, like a non-REAL ID driver’s license, in conjunction with a birth certificate, record of birth, adoption decree, naturalization certificate or American Indian Card with the classification “KIC.”

Thanks for doing the digging on this...I forwarded to the drama queens and that is round #2 in dealing with them: The previous whopper was about how much the DOW rose under Biden: A simple check from Merrill Lynch and the embarrassment began...I doubt I will get a 2nd apology (the first never materialized.)
