I just had them do mine. I STILL dont' understand their "pay us extra to make sure we did it right the first time" policy. WTF is that about? Every year I refuse to pay this additional fee then wonder... what if they messed it up delibertly in spite or something?

Indeed...I dont tell my bosses to pay me extra to make sure I do it right the first time or a fool proof safty net of sorts. WTH. My return/refund was almost only HALF of what I got last year, not complaining but was wondering if maybe they didn't do it right. You know I didn't pay *EXTRA* for that and all.
