I used to work at RBP Associated. It was a company whose only client was the Federal Government, and its only product or service was "diversity software" and "diversity training". The company was located in the same building as the IRS at New Carrolton Metro. Our programmers wrote the software that tracked HR complaints. This included workforce hiring as well as discipline. I was the office manager and bookkeeper.
Anyway.... The major "clause" I heard when training was going on was "when all things are equal". If two candidates have the same skills, the same capability, the same abilities, the same training, the same everything.... then and only then... should the DEI be used in the decision making.
That means... if some illiterate zombie wants a job at the White House.... they have to beat out some illiterate zombie who also wants the job. If a stable genius wants the job... Well, the stable geniuses are more qualified for the job because they are geniuses not zombies.
So, you still have an argument against the left or the right.... but let's remember.... it's when "all things are considered equal" not just two people, one white and one freckled.... equal!
Let's face it folks.... things are never equal... are they????
No but Progressives have been PASSING OVER Qualified White Males for less qualified POC in the name of social justice and diversity
