I can only hope, I get so scared my husband is going to come back with horrible news every time he goes out looking.

Just think positive. There have been lots of "lost dog" threads on here where the dogs returned days if not weeks later, like nothing happened.

buckin have you had any sightings of the dogs yet today? Have you gone and walked the neighborhood calling for them?

well lets hope someone did and they see her signs posted up and down the street and they return them safe and sound to her and her hubby and kids later today.

Are they chipped?

Have you gone to Tri County to look? Never depend on others to match descriptions.

Called local vets?

Good luck.

Done all of that, have not been to Tri County but I have posted on their website. I will go out there in a bit. Thanks for the idea. :huggy:

tri-county is up in hughsville. you can check there website and see if the dogs are on there or call them and see if they have them or better go up there as they don't always know what they have in there. Just remember to take your dogs current rabies certificate with you it might cost a little less to get them back if you have proof.

I did not know that, thanks for telling me. I will definitely look and see what they have posted and I will call them. There are two very distinguishing things about both the dogs. The poodle has ... TMI

Yeah and now anyone reading your post will know those little details. What if someone wants to claim your poodle... I'm just sayin'...:eyebrow:

Good point, did not think of that, I am just so flustered and not thinking straight. Did not sleep at all last night. Thanks for keeping my head on straight.

Hubby just got back from looking again. Nothing, I am starting to think someone took them. But who would take two really old dogs?

someone probably took them in, ....especially givin the yucky weather.

Put up signs:
in the neighborhood.
in the local vets offices
at the shelters
in the papers
at the local grocery stores
at the local pet stores.

They will turn up!!!

You'll see.
