Poor Pork Chop

oh the irony (or maybe not, but certainly the pot calling the kettle)

Hmmmm, pretty much what I expected out of you. Only when it is thrust upon your face are you able to retaliate with a predictable response. But at least you are keeping true to form.

Goodbye for now pot.

Love,
Kettle

from what mike and bay have said, in none of the cases was owner stupidity an issue. what was an issue was porkchop chasing down a smaller animal and attacking it.

it is obvious from your posts that you intend to continue to ignore mike and bays experinece, dismissing it as their fault. i seriously hope that your group's inability to accept that this dog has a problem doesn't lead to someone losing a pet, or worse.

Do you work TJ?

how can you even say that when the previous owner had AGGRESSION ISSUES with this dog?

hopefully the next thread wont be started by the next PC owner about how porkchop attacked again, and wondering why they were never made aware of his history

I had one boxer. I now have 3, rescued 2 from familys that didn't know what they were getting into.

PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH AS YOU WOULD FOR ANY BREED BEFORE YOU TEND TO ADOPT OR BUY AN ANIMAL! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

there is a difference between breed chareteristics and an individual dog's history.

lots of dog breeds are a handful, and lots of people shouldn't own a dog, but there are some dogs that are dysfunctional. Anyone who is thinking about adopting this dog should do it knowing that he has been aggressive towards other dogs on more than one occasion. that is all

Any information we ever have on a dog/cat is disclosed when a potential adopter is interested. Hiding information isn't beneficial to the dog or potential new owners. If negative info is withheld, there's more likelihood that the dog/cat will end up back in the shelter or rescue system, so full disclosure is necessary. If we had a cat that threw up every time it ate, a cat that sometimes missed the litter box, or if it attacked legs from under the bed, that would be disclosed too. Same for dogs.

I have a medium dog crate I'd like to donate to you all.

:yeahthat: and I have a large cage and a 15 x 30 dog pen and a dog house!

:remindertoKKandUni:

KK has been out of commission. She hasn't been feeling well and still not! The meds the doc gave her didn't help. The grass around the kennels is waste high. Her tractor and lawn mower won't do it. I'm trying to find a trailer so I can get my tractor over there to mow, clean and help her out.

The big guy is doing fine. No incidents of him being aggressive towards the smaller dog in the place either. He also has not try to bolt out my doors.
