I can't imagine how long someone will stand living there. Once they get a taste of the dust that the racecars churn up on the track. Don't know what kind of crack the builder was smoking when he built them.

Charles said:The income to the County from the tracks is minuscule compared to what it would bring in from property taxes if it were converted to McMansions. Don't underestimate the power of newby neighbors. Ask most any airport.
