Althought it might have seemed curt, I think that is the best idea, to purchase one and go at it. We did and it is the handiest thing. Just don't do the hard spray on an old deck... I have even thougth about responding and saying "I'll do it" but you were probably looking for a professional. Best wishes!

Thats how I spent my weekend power washing house, sheds, sidewalk, driveway and lawn furniture. :yay:

Anyone know of a place in SoMd. that may sell a wand extension for a powerwasher, sure would be nice to be able to reach hard to get places.

Checked several places in Waldorf last week was told to maybe check online at Northern Tools, will do that later today.

Bleach will take the clearcoat off of your siding. It will look good at first but will then turn dull and chalky.

Sorry that is not true. Unless you are talking about the bleach that is in powder form you buy from a pool supply store. I forgot what it is but something extra in the sodium hypoclorite does leave a film on the house and windows.

Only if the concentration is high enough.
If it's not high enough to kill the plants/grass, it's not high enough to do any good on the siding. Better to be safe than sorry and use the environmentally friendly house wash formulas you can buy at the store.

Bleach strong enough to kill the mold on the house will harm the vegitation! There is a secret that is so simple! Plants arent harmed!!!!
Is the secret to use ground up SPAM in with the plant friendly house wash you can buy at lowes when you buy your own pressure washer so you can do your own house instead of paying some company that is too cheap to buy an ad and has to resort to spaming the forums for customers?
