Got a call last night. Nephew fell 1.5 stories down a stairwell (as in down the shaft, not tumbling down the stairs). He's in neuro intensive care w/ a fractured skull and internal brusing.

I am so sorry to hear that! If it's any comfort, my niece fell and had cracked her skull too when she was 4. She made a full recovery and is now 25 and has a child of her own.
