Prayers for my nephew

Just got off the phone. Prognosis is good. All the tubes have been removed. He is lightly sedated, but has been awake off and on. He is kinda out of it, but was coherent long enough to name the kid who pushed him over the stair railing.

for the good news. Hopefully they are just 10 year old boys horsing around and this kid didn't do it on purpose. If he did he do it on purpose, he needs more than Kids will be kids, but man sometimes they just don't use that melon like they should.

Hope he continues to improve by leaps and bounds!

He was supposed to be released yesterday. Waiting on a confirmation phonecall from my mother today.

Great news!!! Glad to hear he made a speedy recovery!!

Now my sister has to try to keep a VERY active 10 y.o. calm and sedate for 6 weeks waiting for the skull fracture to heal. Sucks that he won't be able to swim over the summer (remember this is Georgia, read :HOT: and :HUMID, but better than the alternative.
