I see no objection to women preaching.

The Apostle Paul was speaking about an ideal that does not exist tody.

Today the male population has become incredibly weak and morally deficient and in many cases if it were not for the women preachers teaching the truth then the truth would not be preached at all because the men are overwhelmingly failing in that task.

I truely believe that most if not all the women would be happy to step down from preaching if there was a man that would step up to the plate and do it right.

I agree with everything you said except for this part. I think working together male and female alike is better than having just a man preaching. reaches a different crowd. I think most woman will agree. But I see what you were trying to say.

That is an excellant point and I like it.

I have learned much from women as their perspective is different since they be daughters of God and not sons.

An interesting Bible text says when God created mankind then it was "male and female" as the immage of God link HERE.

So according to that Genesis 1:27 text - God's immage is "male and female".

I think women should preach more about dead beat fathers who share in the deed of creating human life, but the man then abandons the woman and leaves her to raise and support the children by herself so the children end up with their own problems in life?

I do know that I honor my wife by supporting her, and my children, and if my wife and I were no longer together, I would continue to honor her by supporting my family financially and emotionally so my children didn't end up in jail.

Your running for office? My how are you doing that when you can't even get things you read correctly? To slander someone you have to tell a lie about that person. Who have I told a lie about?

Further, being proud of being a husband and a supportive father isn't exactly "blowing my own horn". It's my obligation that I do this, I ask for no extra credit nor should I get any!

lol, I don't think he was tacking that on citizens alone! If you want proof of that, look through the records of quite a few cops in this county. Military men/women too.

I suppose your saying that this "cop" is tacking the self-righteous degradation onto "parents" and not onto "citizens" and I say that makes the slander even worse and not better.

Parents, police officers, military personel are all citizens too.

My point was in the woman preacher telling us that the slander of "deadbeat parent" is an injustice, link HERE again.

It is the slander that is more wrong then to whom he slanders.

That was an interesting clip, JPC, and I thank you for sharing it. When I leave Maryland in March, I will be going to start my career in family court- in hopes to prevent some of the very harsh truths that Carol Rhodes spoke of.

It is only slander if it is a lie. The courts DO twist things to fit their agenda sometimes, but I don't think that is where he was going with that. Being a dead beat parent is not gender related. It is a choice that the parent makes.

Back to the topic of women preaching, I think it is a beautiful thing. You will hear things in a new perspective, as men and women tend to think differently.

How did you manage to turn a post about women preachers into yet another tirade about you being upset when people follow the law?

Women can preach, men can preach, anyone can be a leader, everyone can be good followers.
