Bring #1 to their house with a "I'm going to be a big brother/sister" T-shirt on. See how long it takes them to notice.
that's what we did but it was at #1's birthday party.

So, I just found out we're expecting number two come March ...I want to do the big "reveal" to the families with something unique (instead of coming out saying it). Any thoughts or ideas?
I think Chasey should get pregnant with twins and tell us all by starting a baby name suggestion poll...

If #1 is old enough, you can practice with him pointing at your tummy and saying "baby"

Congrats on the twins! Mine are 3 and a riot. It's so much fun to see them play together.Congrats!! I recently found out I am having #2 and #3 - but I'm due on Valentine's Day! I finally told my mom yesterday - but I wasn't creative at all! I called her early and she asked me if I had left work already - and I said yes that I had a drs. appt. She asked what the dr. said and I just replied "That you're going to be a grandma again!"
I've also heard of having a dinner, and making a cake that says "We're pregnant!" on the top.
My first two are 18 months apart. The twins are by far easier than having a toddler and a newborn.Congrats to all who are pregnant! Twins, huh, Half Angel? Bless you, Girl - I had two close together and have often wondered how parents of twins manage! My daughter is due in a month with a girl and I can't wait!

Since this is number 2, then you could get a T-Shirt made for #1 that says,
"I AM A BIG BROTHER"
...or "big sister", depending on the situation there.
Then see how long before someone notices.
Crap.
I thought I was being clever.
I think I should punch you in the mouth.
